VEJER ECLIPSE VILLAGE 2027
Booking, purchase and cancellation terms
These terms are prepared to govern the future paid booking of VEV27 and complement the prior free pre-registration. The applicable version must be expressly accepted before payment and will be recorded as contracting evidence.

1. Service provider and corporate status
Vejer Eclipse Village 2027 (VEV27) is the project name. No operating company has been incorporated or registered. 'Vejer Eclipse Village 2027, S.L.' is only a proposed company name, subject to availability and registration. Paid bookings remain disabled until the actual provider's legal identity, tax ID, address, contact information and mandatory terms are published.

2. Prior pre-registration and contract scope
The free pre-registration holds the place and price confirmed by the system during the communicated formalisation period, but it is not yet a paid booking. If formalised within that period, each held price will be preserved. The paid contract covers only the space, access and services expressly included in the selected option and purchase summary for VEV27 on 1 and 2 August 2027. It does not grant a right to any specific property, plot, access point, position or coordinates.
3. Venue location and possible relocation
The published location is the venue currently planned. VEV27 may relocate the venue for objective and justified reasons including property availability or suitability, loss or inability of use, permits or authorisations, requirements of owners or authorities, civil protection, safety, emergencies, accessibility, mobility, traffic, ground conditions, environmental risks, essential technical or operational needs, force majeure or other circumstances beyond the organisation’s reasonable control affecting proper, safe or lawful delivery. The alternative venue will preferably be in Vejer de la Frontera. If that is not possible or appropriate for one of those reasons, it may be elsewhere within the path of totality with a forecast astronomical totality of at least 3 minutes 30 seconds while substantially preserving access, parking and the other essential services of the booked option. References to more than four minutes describe the currently planned venue and are not an immutable contractual duration if a valid relocation occurs. A compliant relocation is not by itself a cancellation and does not automatically create a cancellation or refund right, without prejudice to mandatory rights if essential services are materially altered.
4. Price, payment and confirmation
The full price of selected spaces and services will be shown before payment. No charge will be made without an express action by the user. A booking becomes firm only once payment is successfully completed and VEV27 issues booking confirmation. A failed, abandoned or unconfirmed payment attempt is not a paid booking. Pre-registered spaces not formalised within the communicated deadline may be released.
5. Cancellation by the customer
Once a booking is paid and confirmed, amounts paid are not refundable where the customer chooses to cancel for personal reasons, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. Personal inability to travel, transport or accommodation changes, traffic, delay or other customer circumstances do not by themselves amount to a VEV27 cancellation.
6. Right of withdrawal
Because the services are tied to specific dates, the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal for certain accommodation, vehicle-rental, catering or leisure services may apply. The exception will apply only to the extent the specific service falls within applicable law and this will be disclosed before payment.
7. Cancellation or inability to perform by VEV27
If VEV27 definitively cancels the contracted service or it becomes legally or objectively impossible to provide it without an alternative that substantially preserves the essential services under these terms, the customer will be informed and refunds required by mandatory law will be applied. Where the law gives a right to repayment, a voucher will not be imposed instead.
8. Eclipse, weather and visibility
The contract covers the space, access and described services; it does not guarantee cloud-free skies, favourable weather or actual eclipse visibility. Where VEV27 can substantially provide the contracted service, cloud, weather, haze, unfavourable astronomical visibility or other natural phenomena do not by themselves amount to cancellation or automatically create a refund right.
9. Force majeure, safety and authority decisions
VEV27 may make reasonable adjustments to location, access, schedules, traffic, internal layout, operational capacity, programme or protocols where necessary due to force majeure, emergency, fire, natural events, safety, civil protection, mobility, administrative restrictions or authority instructions. If the circumstance prevents an essential service from being provided in whole or part, the legal consequences required for the affected portion will apply.
10. Vehicle, arrival, access and stay
The booking is linked to the booked option and required operational data. The vehicle must fit the reserved category. Arrival windows, lanes, accesses, positions or areas may be assigned and changed for operational or safety needs. The holder must comply with the Venue Rules and current instructions; serious breaches may lead to refusal or revocation of access where legally permitted.
11. Programme and ancillary services
Complementary programming, speakers, content, secondary schedules, catering, area layout and other ancillary services may be reasonably adjusted where this does not materially alter the core contracted service. Images, plans and operational descriptions published before the event are informative unless expressly identified as a guaranteed contractual service.
12. External expenses and personal property
Transport, fuel, accommodation, catering or other services purchased directly from third parties are not part of the VEV27 booking. VEV27 does not assume the cost of the customer's external commitments arising from changes or incidents unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Each user is responsible for ordinary custody of personal belongings and vehicles, without excluding liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
13. Support, complaints and data protection
For issues and complaints use parking@eclipsespain.net and the additional contact details published before paid booking opens. Personal data will be processed under the current Privacy Policy to manage pre-registration, booking, payment, access, safety and customer support.
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish consumer, e-commerce and other mandatory applicable law. No provision is intended to exclude or limit non-waivable rights or impose legally invalid waivers on consumers.
