VEV27 uses technology necessary to operate and secure its website/app and, only with user acceptance, local storage to measure usage. At this stage no behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking tools are used. The prospective operator Vejer Eclipse Village 2027, S.L. remains unincorporated and unregistered.
2. Analytics preference
The platform offers a choice before analytics is activated. 'Necessary only' keeps optional analytics off; 'Accept analytics' allows pseudonymous browser/session identifiers and usage events such as pages viewed, interactions, aggregate device data, scroll depth and acquisition parameters. When analytics is accepted, infrastructure may infer a broad country location and retain only the country code for aggregate reporting. The analytics event table does not store IP addresses or seek precise location. Your choice is held in local storage to avoid repeated requests. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and form contents are not sent as analytics events.
3. Technical storage
The app may use localStorage and sessionStorage to remember analytics preferences, keep pseudonymous identifiers after consent, recognise an analytics session and temporarily retain origin parameters such as UTM tags and entry page. Persistent customer-login credentials are not stored in localStorage.
4. Third-party services
Necessary technologies may be provided by infrastructure, authentication, maps, communications, security, support or payment suppliers. Any strictly necessary third-party processing is restricted to the function requested and applicable contractual and legal obligations.
5. Future tools
If additional optional technologies such as advertising analytics or remarketing are introduced, they will remain disabled until users can consent, refuse or configure them as required by law.
6. Changing preferences
Users may modify or withdraw consent to optional technologies through platform privacy controls. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
7. Updates to this policy
The policy will be updated when technologies, purposes or the operator's legal identity change. The most recent update date will always be shown at the beginning.
