1. Project identity and prospective operating entity

Vejer Eclipse Village 2027 (VEV27) is a business project for organising services connected with the 2027 total solar eclipse around Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz. The proposed future operator name, Vejer Eclipse Village 2027, S.L., is provisional and subject to the required procedures and company-register availability. No operating company has yet been incorporated or entered in Spain's Companies Register. References to that name identify only the intended future company and the project under preparation; they do not claim that a registered legal entity exists.

Until registration and effective takeover of operations, obligations arising from acts performed on behalf of the prospective company will be governed by the law applicable before incorporation. Once registered, this notice will be updated with the tax identification number, registered address, registration particulars and other legally required information. 2. Pre-bookings currently available

The platform accepts pre-bookings without payment. A pre-booking records one or more vehicle spaces and retains the space and price confirmed by the system under the Pre-booking Terms accepted by the user. This is not yet a paid booking and no amount is charged. The space and price remain linked to the pre-booking throughout the notified formalisation period. If the customer does not complete the subsequent contract by the applicable deadline, the pre-booking may expire and the space may be released without a monetary penalty, since nothing has been charged.

3. Future contracts and payments

Paid booking will be enabled only when the full legal identity of the relevant provider, contact and complaints details, total price, included services, payment, cancellation and refund conditions and all other legally required precontractual information can be presented before the customer is bound. A final reservation is confirmed only after accepting the terms for paid booking, successful completion of payment and issue of the booking confirmation. A pre-booking does not authorise automatic charges or collection without a new action by the user.

4. Venue location

The published location is the currently planned site and may change only within the circumstances and limits laid down in the applicable terms. Promotional references to over four minutes of totality describe the currently planned venue and do not turn that duration into an unchangeable contractual guarantee for alternative locations. Where justified relocation outside Vejer de la Frontera is necessary, the terms require an alternative site within the path of totality with a forecast duration of at least 3 minutes 30 seconds, while substantially preserving the essential contracted services. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

Platform texts, designs, marks, graphics, photographs, software and other content are protected by applicable law. They may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed or used outside legal limits without the relevant authorisation.

6. Information, availability and links

We seek to keep published information accurate and up to date. Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical incidents, security or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of those responsible. Links to third-party services do not imply responsibility for their content, availability or policies, without prejudice to liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Applicable law and transitional status

The platform and resulting precontractual or contractual relationships are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and rules applicable because of the customer's residence or jurisdiction. The name 'Vejer Eclipse Village 2027, S.L.' remains only the name proposed for the future operator, not an incorporated company. Upon incorporation and actual assumption of operations, the complete tax and registration details will be added to this notice.
