1. Access

Each vehicle's access is tied to its booking, code and QR. VEV27 may allocate an entry period, and the holder must arrive within it allowing adequate time for traffic and inspections. Do not plan to arrive after the communicated deadline. On 2 August, from 09:00, entry may be closed or denied even with a booking when necessary for mobility, safety, emergency access or official instructions.

1 bis. Windscreen access document

Each vehicle will receive an official, non-editable English PDF pass in horizontal A3 format (420 × 297 mm). It should preferably be printed actual size (100%) on A3; A4 is also accepted if the whole pass and QR remain readable. Display the complete pass inside the windscreen before reaching the venue. The QR, NORTH/SOUTH entry, category, date and latest-arrival time must remain legible. There is one separate pass per booked vehicle; alternative QR codes or sharing a pass between vehicles are not allowed. A pre-booking confirmation is not an access permit until the PDF passes have been issued.

2. Stay and exit

From 23:00 on 1 August 2027 vehicles cannot leave until the organisers reopen circulation after the eclipse. Only emergencies or explicit instructions by organisers, security or authorities are excepted.

3. Circulation within the site

Drive only on designated routes and at speeds indicated by signs or staff. Emergency lanes must be kept clear at all times.

4. Use of the vehicle pitch

The pitch corresponds to the booked vehicle category. Standard, Large and XL allow overnight stays in the vehicle or one or more tents wholly within the booked pitch; tents are prohibited on coach spaces, and all equipment must remain within the physical boundaries.

ONE PITCH = ONE PHYSICAL VEHICLE = ONE INDIVIDUAL BOOKING = ONE UNIQUE QR. Even XL pitches allow only one physical vehicle. Two cars or other vehicles may not share a pitch even if they fit; two vehicles require two separate spaces and passes/QRs.

Standard, Large and XL pitches may accommodate tents, and every pitch may contain awnings, chairs, tables, parasols, tripods, cameras, telescopes and other observing or stay equipment, strictly within its borders and without obstructing roads, emergency access or neighbouring pitches. Items must be removed on reasonable safety instructions. A second vehicle is never permitted on the same pitch.

5. Fire and safety

Lighting or using any fire or open flame is absolutely prohibited throughout the venue without exceptions, including cooking: campfires, barbecues, gas/fuel stoves, candles, braziers, fireworks or any combustion device producing fire or flames. Flame-free electrical equipment must comply with venue power and safety instructions. Emergency, evacuation and safety directions must be followed immediately.

6. Noise and quiet hours

Loudspeakers, amplification systems, noisy generators and excessive-noise activities are prohibited. Quiet hours are 23:00 to 06:00.

7. Waste and surroundings

Everyone must keep their area clean, use the designated waste facilities and respect the property and natural surroundings.

8. Operational instructions and location

To address safety, traffic, capacity, weather, permits or public-authority instructions, VEV27 may adjust entrances, internal routes, operational times and zones. Venue relocation is permitted only in the circumstances and within the limits of the pre-booking terms or, once paid booking opens, the applicable booking terms. Official communications must be followed.

9. Related terms

These rules supplement the Pre-booking Terms. Final paid-contract terms will be provided before any payment.
