The project is Vejer Eclipse Village 2027 (VEV27). The prospective operator Vejer Eclipse Village 2027, S.L. is not yet incorporated or registered in the Companies Register. Its name refers to a future entity and not an existing registered company; legally applicable pre-incorporation responsibilities remain with the persons acting on its behalf.
During this preliminary phase, processing is managed by the promoters of Vejer Eclipse Village 2027, rather than a company that does not yet exist. Privacy and data-rights contact: parking@eclipsespain.net. After incorporation and assumption of operations, this policy will include the tax number, address, registration details and any other required information and will notify affected people of relevant changes.
2. Service phases
VEV27 currently provides free pre-booking. This saves vehicle spaces and system-confirmed prices but does not constitute a paid booking or charge. Before paid booking opens, the customer will receive the appropriate provider identity and legal information, total price, booking and cancellation terms, and will be asked to accept the version for paid contracting.
3. Personal data processed
During pre-booking, we may process names, email address, country and language supplied or determined to deliver service, vehicle category, number of spaces and operating details, displayed amount and price phase, pre-booking dates and identifiers, acceptance versions and timestamps, operational messages and incidents, and technical information strictly needed for service, security, fraud prevention and auditability.
When paid booking, access and entry are offered, additional vehicle and registration details, arrival preferences, payment references and status, bookings, permits, QR/pass data, entry and exit logs and other data needed for the contracted service may be handled. VEV27 does not need to receive or retain full payment-card data when a dedicated payment provider processes payment.
With consent for non-essential analytics, we may use pseudonymous technical identifiers, navigation events and approximate country code. Analytics neither seeks precise location nor records form content, names or emails.
4. Purposes
To record, manage and evidence pre-booking, retained space and price; create and manage a customer account and spaces; announce and facilitate opening of payment; process paid bookings, confirmation, access, vehicle and arrival arrangements; send indispensable operational notifications about venue, schedules and safety; respond to questions, incidents, complaints, cancellations and support; prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access; comply with legal, tax, accounting, administrative and safety requirements; handle and defend claims and retain contracting evidence; perform optional analytics only with the required legal basis; and send marketing communications only with a valid legal basis and respect for objections or consent withdrawal.
5. Legal bases
Pre-booking and necessary communications are processed to take precontractual steps requested by the data subject. After paid contracting, necessary processing is based on performance of the contract. Legal compliance is based on applicable obligations. Security, fraud prevention, defence of claims and systems protection may rely on legitimate interests where lawful and after required balancing. Analytics and communications requiring consent will start only after consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Providers and recipients
Necessary service providers may process data for hosting and infrastructure, databases, authentication, email/communications, payments, consented analytics, security, technical support and operations, subject to legal processor obligations. Data may also be disclosed to comply with law, valid authority or emergency-service requests, defend rights and properly deliver contracted services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
7. International transfers
Where service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, applicable safeguards recognised by European data-protection law will be used, including adequacy decisions or other suitable guarantees as required.
8. Retention
Pre-booking data is retained while active and for the period needed for completion, expiry, cancellation or incident handling. Paid-booking records and contract evidence are retained during the relationship and for statutory periods necessary to meet obligations or address liability. Afterwards data is erased or anonymised, unless the law requires it to remain restricted or blocked.
9. Rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction of processing and portability. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. Send requests to parking@eclipsespain.net. You may also complain to Spain's Data Protection Authority (AEPD).
10. Security
Technical and organisational measures are used to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability and reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, modification or disclosure.
11. Transfer to the company following incorporation
When Vejer Eclipse Village 2027, S.L. is lawfully incorporated, registered and assumes operations, it may take over precontractual/contractual relationships and associated processing within legal limits. The policy will be updated with its tax and registration particulars and any legally relevant changes will be notified. The proposed company name does not claim that a company is already registered nor remove responsibility for pre-registration acts.
